Cooperative Building Solutions completed construction on a new facility for Woodruff Electric Cooperative. Founded in 1937, Woodruff Electric services over 10,500 members across the counties of Cross, Monroe, Prairie, Woodruff, Lee, Phillips, and St. Francis in Arkansas.

This project involved the construction of a new office, warehouse, vehicle storage, and vehicle maintenance area. The office features a steel frame with masonry veneer and a standing seam metal roof. The warehouse, with a pre-engineered metal structure and masonry accents, complements the overall design. Attached to the office, the vehicle storage area provides covered space for equipment. Additionally, the vehicle maintenance building includes a repair bay, crane, office, wash bay, and transformer storage, supporting the cooperative's operational needs.
