Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for DS&O Electric Cooperative in Solomon, Kansas. The cooperative services approximately 8,500 residential and commercial meters in some thirty communities spread throughout a nine-county area in Central Kansas.

The new facility brought all the DS&O Electric facilities onto one site and provides a safer, more efficient, and convenient operation for the cooperative. The site includes added member service features such as a convenient drive-thru, community room, and ample parking. Safety was improved with a complete site security system and added protection for members, employees, and equipment with a tornado shelter, enclosed parking for all company service vehicles, and state-of-the-art technology equipment facilities.
