Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Twin Valley Electric Cooperative in Altamont, Kansas. Twin Valley Electric serves over 3,200 electric meters in parts of four counties in Southeast Kansas.

The new facility has improved accessibility for both the members and the public. Safety and security of the cooperative’s members, employees, and equipment was a primary goal for the cooperative. Provisions have been made to protect the assets of the cooperative and assure their employees and crews are able to respond quickly in emergencies. Line equipment and vehicles are stored inside, and hardened construction protects employees and critical equipment during storms.
