Cooperative Building Solutions renovated the existing Headquarters facility for Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative in Palmyra, Missouri. Northeast Missouri Power services more than 56,000 consumers, delivers over 1,000 miles of transmission lines, and has over 110 combined distribution substation, switch, and transmission stations.

The cooperative construction project addressed building safety concerns, maintenance and energy efficiency issues, code compliance problems, site elevation and water runoff issues, and need for expansion of their boardroom and secure hardened storage areas. The rebuilt site facilitates the business of Northeast Missouri Power and provides a modern, energy efficient, highly functional building.
