Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Tri-County Electric Cooperative in Hooker, Oklahoma. Founded in 1945, TCEC serves approximately 12,000 members and 22,500 meters in The Oklahoma Panhandle, Southwestern Kansas, the northern border of the Texas Panhandle, and parts of Colorado.

This project has many notable features including a fuel island, car wash, vehicle life system, geothermal heating system, and in-floor heating. The office portion is steel-framed with metal exterior studs and trusses. The warehouse, vehicle storage, and maintenance buildings are tilt-up concrete with pre-engineered metal building framing and rooves.
