Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Callaway Electric Cooperative in Fulton, Missouri. Callaway Electric Cooperative is made up of nearly 13,000 residential, agricultural, and small and large commercial meters located in rural Callaway and Southern Montgomery County, Missouri.

The project features an office building, concrete panel warehouse, and maintenance building on a 120-acre site. Designed to meet LEED certification, it was one of the first green projects in Callaway County. The facility includes several innovative features tailored to the cooperative's needs, such as a ground source heat pump for heating and cooling, electronic locks, and motion-sensing lights. The enclosed storage area has in-floor radiant heating and 14 bays, allowing large trucks with trailers to drive in through one side and exit through equally sized doors on the other side.
