Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new service center for Wells Rural Electric Company in Wells, Nevada. Incorporated in 1958, WREC provides electrical service across 1,400 miles of power line to more than 10,000 square miles of Northeastern Nevada and part of Tooele County in Utah.

The new facility includes an operations office for lineman and engineering staff, vehicle storage, a maintenance facility, and a vehicle wash bay. The current geothermal ground source system will heat the vehicle storage space utilizing floor tubing. The office space consists of open concept designs to allow for collaborative meeting functions and future expansion.
