Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new District Office for Karnes Electric Cooperative in Pleasanton, Texas. Karnes Electric services over 14,000 members in 12 South Texas and Coastal Bend counties located between San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas.

This project involves the development of a modern office facility, along with dedicated vehicle storage areas, expansive warehouse space, and various site enhancements to support operational efficiency. The project included the construction of a purpose-built office environment designed to foster a productive work atmosphere, alongside secure and accessible storage solutions for vehicles. Additionally, a large warehouse was incorporated to accommodate storage and logistical needs. To complement these structures, several site improvements were completed.
