Cooperative Building Solutions completed design and construction of a new 27,300 square foot addition to an existing facility at Mt. Wheeler Power in Ely, Nevada. Incorporated in 1963, Mt. Wheeler Power services more than 4,600 member-owner accounts disbursed over a 16,000 square mile territory in four Nevada counties and three Utah counties.

This project consisted of a new warehouse and a vehicle storage building. In addition to the new buildings, Cooperative Building Solutions renovated the existing facility to accommodate future growth and expansion. The existing warehouse was also renovated into office space and the lobby was enhanced to provide a safer environment.
