Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new Headquarter Office for Union Power Cooperative in Monroe, North Carolina. Founded in 1938, Union Power services over 87,000 members.

This project consisted of a new office headquarter facility, vehicle storage, warehouse, vehicle maintenance building, and associated site improvements. Cooperative Building Solutions made significant upgrades to the site, including new concrete and asphalt paving, both customer and employee parking, a redundant fiber feed to each building and a new detention pond and a gravel lay down yard surrounding the covered material storage building.
