Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new District Office for Four County Electric Membership Corporation in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. Founded in 1937, Four County Electric services more than 5,000 miles of overhead, underground, and transmission lines provide reliable electric service to over 35,000 services which include residences, farms, businesses, industries, churches and schools.

Significant improvements were implemented to enhance member services, streamline operational efficiencies, and elevate the overall functionality of the district office. The newly constructed building includes a combination of office spaces, expansive warehouse areas, and dedicated vehicle storage facilities. These upgrades were designed to create a more efficient, accessible environment for both staff and members, optimizing the space for enhanced productivity and service delivery.
