Cooperative Building Solutions completed renovation at the existing Headquarters facility for Tri-County Electric Cooperative in Mount Vernon, Illinois. The cooperative provides electric power to over 16,000 residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial customers in Jefferson, Marion, and Washington counties.

This renovation project helped improve functionality, add space, and address aging infrastructure and major building systems. Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed new office space including a boardroom, improved dispatch center, and operations space for the electric cooperative. Additionally, there were improvements made to the storage yard including new concrete pads and an additional parking lot for employees.
