Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new Headquarters facility for Floresville Electric Light & Power Systems (FELPS) in Floresville, Texas. Formed in 1943, FELPS is a municipally owned electric utility providing service in Wilson and Karnes counties in Texas.

The project includes an office, warehouse, and maintenance building. The office contains administrative offices and operations support for lineman and engineering staff. The office space consists of storm hardened construction to protect employees and valuable equipment. Energy efficient design concepts such as Variable Refrigerant HVAC and LED lighting were used for the project.
