Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new Headquarters facility for Mississippi County Electric Cooperative in Blytheville, Arkansas. Mississippi County Electric services over 4,500 members, with over 600 miles of line in northern Mississippi County, Arkansas.

The facility includes administrative offices, operations support for linemen and engineering staff, vehicle storage, and warehouse space. The office space consists of storm-hardened construction to protect employees and valuable equipment. Energy efficient design concepts such as Variable Refrigerant HVAC, LED lighting, and solar panels were used for the project.
