Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Rolling Hills Electric Cooperative in Beloit, Kansas. Rolling Hills Electric provides service to over 11,400 meters in parts of 16 northern and north central Kansas counties. With the consolidation of three facilities into one, Rolling Hills Electric Cooperative, Inc. became the third largest cooperative in Kansas.

The new headquarter facility consists of an office, vehicle storage, and a warehouse. Structural steel framing and a brick façade supports the office, while the warehouse and vehicle storage buildings are pre-engineered metal structures. The property has extensive security fencing and access control protecting the assets of the cooperative.
