Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Clay County Electric Cooperative in Corning, Arkansas. Established in 1938, the cooperative currently has over 8,500 members, serves over 13,200 accounts, and operates approximately 2,800 miles of electrical distribution line.

This project includes a main office building, an attached pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), and a separate, standalone maintenance building. The maintenance building is equipped with advanced features, including an overhead bridge crane and an in-ground vehicle lift, designed to support efficient vehicle servicing and maintenance operations. This facility was strategically planned to meet the cooperative's operational needs while providing a modern, functional space for both administrative and technical services.
