Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Pee Dee Electric Cooperative in Lilesville, North Carolina. As a distributor of electric power since 1939, Pee Dee Electric serves over 22,000 meters in the following territories: Anson, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, Scotland, Stanly, and Union counties within North Carolina.

The new headquarter campus spans a substantial 33-acre site and features several key facilities. The main office building serves as the central hub for administrative and managerial operations. Adjacent to this, a spacious warehouse provides ample storage for inventory and equipment. Additionally, there is a dedicated covered storage areas for both vehicles and materials, ensuring they are protected from the elements.
