Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new Headquarters facility for Ninnescah Electric Cooperative in Pratt, Kansas. Formed in January 1939, Ninnescah powers over 4,000 meters in all or part of ten counties in South-Central Kansas, including the counties of Barber, Comanche, Edwards, Harper, Kingman, Kiowa, Pawnee, Pratt, Stafford, and Reno.

This completed facility includes an office space, vehicle storage, and warehouse space on 10 acres. The building has energy efficient components including geothermal heating and cooling systems, LED lights, radiant floor heating systems, and much more. The office consists of a structural steel frame and brick façade, while the warehouse portion is supported by pre-engineered metal building design.
