Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Southeastern Illinois Electric Cooperative in Harrisburg, Illinois. Organized in 1938, Southeastern Illinois Electric Cooperative has grown steadily and now serves over 23,000 accounts through some 3,500 miles of power line.

This 70,000 sq. ft. facility stands on a 24.5-acre site, combining multiple regional offices into one centralized location. It includes a structural steel office building with brick and stone veneer and a 120-well geothermal system for heating and cooling the space, a pre-engineered metal building warehouse, a vehicle bay, and two detached material and vehicle storage buildings.
