Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new Member Services facility for Central Texas Electric Cooperative (CTEC) in Fredericksburg, Texas. CTEC provides electric service in 11 counties, with over 29,000 members.

This operations facility was constructed adjacent to the existing headquarters. The operations facility provides protection for trucks and equipment, a mechanic shop, warehouse space, as well as space for operational support. The structure of the building is a pre-engineered metal building, with a stone and plaster façade.
