Two facility improvement projects were completed at the headquarter campus of Middle Tennessee Electric (MTE), located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Founded in 1936, MTE is largest electric cooperative in the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) region and the second largest in the United States.

The project scope was divided into two main segments. The first was a two-story corporate office addition to MTE’s existing headquarters, featuring member service office space, a member lobby, conference rooms, training rooms, and a retail drive-through. The second segment involved the construction of a new Operations Center, which includes engineering offices, training rooms, crew rooms and lockers, a metering office, warehouse, and truck storage building.
