Cooperative Building Solutions completed construction of a new headquarters facility for Kootenai Electric Cooperative in Rathdrum, Idaho. Founded in 1939, Kootenai electric services more than 30,000 meters and approximately 2,300 miles of electric line in parts of Kootenai, Benewah, Bonner and Spokane counties. Kootenai is the largest electric cooperative in Idaho.

The project scope included new office space, a command center, indoor and covered vehicle storage, materials storage, and related site work. A standout feature of the facility is the Lineworker Training Center, designed to enhance the cooperative’s safety training program by providing dedicated indoor and outdoor areas for training lineworker apprentices.
