Cooperative Building Solutions constructed a new 29,000 sq. ft. district office facility for Bartlett Electric Cooperative in Bartlett, Texas. Founded in 1936, Bartlett Electric Cooperative is proud to be the first REA project energized in Texas and the nation. Bartlett Electric services over 15,000 meters in areas of Bell, Burleson, Lee, Milam and Williamson counties.

The project scope included the development of a new office, warehouse, and vehicle storage space for the Electric Cooperative, providing a modern and efficient environment to support its operations. Additionally, the project expanded facilities for BEC Communications, a subsidiary of the cooperative that offers essential phone service and high-speed internet access to underserved rural communities across Texas.
