Cooperative Building Solutions completed construction of a new headquarters facility and operations center for Whitewater Valley Rural Electric Membership Corporation (WWVREMC) in Liberty, Indiana. Founded in 1936, WWVREMC distributes electricity to nearly 12,000 meters across six counties throughout east-central Indiana.

The project scope consisted of new and improved office space, warehousing, truck bays, secure storage areas, and a convenient drive-through window for members. Additional project features include a geothermal heating/cooling system, an underground water tank for fire suppression, and enhanced security throughout the campus.
