Cooperative Building Solutions (CBS) recently completed construction on a new district office at Gibson Electric Membership Corporation in Clinton, Kentucky. After Gibson EMC experienced significant growth from adding fiber to their membership, they were in need of facilities to better accommodate both staff and members.

After completing a comprehensive Facility Planning Study, the CBS team moved forward with design and construction of a new district office location, totaling 18,000+ square feet. CBS used specialized 3D modeling to analyze site elevation options and determine the optimal design strategy for the new campus.

The Gibson EMC project included the development of a new office building, warehouse, operations office space, enclosed vehicle storage, and related site work on a greenfield site just north of Clinton, Kentucky. The project aims to enhance operational efficiency and support future growth for the cooperative by providing modern, well-equipped facilities, and flexible interiors.
