Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new Headquarter facility for Midwest Energy & Communications in Cassopolis, Michigan. Established in 1937, Midwest Energy & Communications provides electric, internet, phone, and/or propane to over 80,500 consumers in select areas in Michigan, northern Indiana, and northwest Ohio.

This project consisted of a two story tilt-up office building, a one-story warehouse, vehicle storage, material storage, and maintenance building - all built on over 30 acres. The office is designed with an open floor plan in order to provide a collaborative atmosphere. A 6,000 square foot data center was also constructed out of concrete walls and a hardened construction frame.
