Cooperative Building Solutions completed construction of a new district office for Midwest Energy & Communications in Raisin Township, MI. MEC serves over 80,500 customers in select areas of Michigan, northern Indiana, and northwest Ohio.

The project scope included new office space, a warehouse facility, vehicle storage, a loading dock, and associated sitework. These additions were designed to improve operational efficiency, streamline logistics, and provide secure storage and access for the facility. The sitework also ensured proper infrastructure for seamless integration of the new structures with existing systems and enhanced overall functionality.
