Cooperative Building Solutions completed construction of a new Operations Center facility for Magic Valley Electric Cooperative located in Edinburg, Texas. Founded in 1937, Magic Valley Electric has over 5,300 miles of energized line serving more than 105,000 members.

The project scope includes a new office space, warehouse, and a vehicle maintenance shop. The Operations Center centralized the Storm Hardened Dispatch, IT, and call center for MVEC, while also providing additional material storage, linemen space, and vehicle maintenance to the north portions of the MVEC service territory.
