Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Consolidated Electric Cooperative in Mexico, Missouri. Consolidated Electric Cooperative (CEC) services over 8,000 meters and safely provides its member-owners with quality, reliable electric and related services consistent with sound business practices.

The new campus provides an additional entrance drive, separating public traffic from that of CEC’s service and construction vehicles. The headquarters includes administration and operations offices, as well as a centralized hub for critical functions. Expansion of the existing warehouse and covered loading area provides improved efficiency for CEC’s service crew, eliminating congestion and down time.
