Dan Wilbanks Joins the Cooperative Building Solutions Team as Regional Vice President

Cooperative Building Solutions is pleased to announce that Dan Wilbanks has joined the organization as Regional Vice President. In this role, Dan is responsible for strategic planning, operations oversight, and business development for the company.

Before joining CBS, Dan spent 44 years serving the electric cooperative and telecommunications industry at National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC). He held numerous leadership positions at NISC, including COO, Vice President of Research and Development, and CEO.  During his tenure there, Dan was fortunate to work with over 800 electric cooperatives and telecommunications organizations, as well as the national organizations that serve those industries.  

Dan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Lindenwood University in St. Louis. In his free time, Dan spends time with his family including his wife, two children, and four grandchildren. Dan is also an avid runner, pickleball player, and St. Louis Cardinals fan.
