Dan Wilbanks is Regional Vice President of Cooperative Building Solutions (CBS). In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning, operations oversight, and business development for the company.

Before joining CBS, Dan spent 44 years serving the electric cooperative and the telecommunications industry at National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC). While at NISC, he held numerous leadership positions, including COO, Vice President of Research and Development, and CEO.  During his tenure at NISC, Dan was fortunate to work with over 800 electric cooperatives and telecommunications organizations, as well as the national organizations that serve those industries.  

Dan graduated with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Lindenwood University in St. Louis. In his free time, Dan spends time with his family including his wife, 2 children, and 4 grandchildren. Dan is also an avid runner, pickleball player, and St. Louis Cardinals fan.
