CBS was proud to partner with Fayette Electric Cooperative (FEC) to plan, design, and build their new headquarter facilities located in La Grange, Texas. FEC currently maintains over 3,000 miles of line, serving more than 10,448 members in parts of 7 surrounding counties.

The extensive project included a new office space and warehouse, providing ample room for the cooperative to grow beyond its current staffing needs. Both FEC employees and members will benefit from the new headquarter location as it is now more centrally located to the existing yard facility, leading to improved operations and logistics planning. Members can also take advantage of the convenient drive-thru window, additional parking, and an improved lobby space.
