Cooperative Building Solutions designed and constructed a new headquarter facility for Crawford Electric Cooperative in Bourbon, Missouri. Incorporated in 1940, Crawford Electric serves more than 30,000 Missourians through about 21,000 meters and nearly 3,000 miles of distribution line throughout forested hills, open pastures, and natural streams surrounding Interstate 44 southwest of St. Louis. 

The building includes new office space, operations center, vehicle storage, and a warehouse building. The office and operations components are a conventional steel structure with masonry veneer and a low slope membrane roof. The vehicle storage and warehouse components are a pre-engineered metal building structure with insulated tilt-up wall panels.
